Getting a brief and list of store names

Read through the brief and get a better understanding of what is needed

Put all the training information together make copies and ready for distribution to train promoters

Arrange promoters and specific requirements as per client and outfits and sizes

Arrange training for the promoters

Arrange to get the promotional stock either collecting

Checking the promotional stock matches the invoices

Distribute promotional stock amounts to each store as well as how many promoters per store

Arrange with the stores such as Pick n pay, Bootleggers, Spar and clubs to have the promoters in the store ahead of time.

On day of promoters meet the promoters assist in setting up without blocking the isles as well as in a suitable area

Making sure the tables are presentable and the product is sold well

Cleaning of the table clothes and outfits if the promotion was more than a couple days

Giving out time sheet and report sheets and the promoters would fax them back to me by a certain time and date.

Checking on promoters and making sure they were at promotions and were presentable

Receiving the time sheets and allocating the amounts

Sending the Time sheets to kim for payment

Some promotions : Tresemme   ,Skelters, Millers, various beach promotions
