Dias Functions / Party Hire

  • Is there any extra waiter/ waitress costs at a Function? (click for answer)
    Yes, you will need to pay the 10 % Gratituity to waiters.
  • Is there a Set Menu (click for answer)
    We can customize your menu as per your event and needs.
  • Do you organise Entertainment? (click for answer)
    Entertainment can be arranged and the cost will be confirmed with you before the event. You are allowed to organise your own entertainment.
  • Is there a Corkage fee?
    Yes there is. Needs to be discussed with Management before the event.
  • Is there a Venue Hire?
    No Venue hire will be charged for more than 55 people. In order to have a private party you would need 55 people or more. If there are less people and you would like to rent the whole venue you will then be charged Venue hire. Any breakage you will be liable for it at your cost.
  • Is there a cost for extra Barmen?
    R200 per barmen
  • Is there a cost if your event is later than Midnight?
    Yes there is a fee of R500 per hour after midnight.
  • Is there a Clean up Fee?
    Yes there is a clean up fee of R500
  • Are you allowed to do your own decorating?
    Yes you can bring all your own decor and decorate as long as there is no permanent damage to the venue. No putting nails in walls.
  • Do you have Platters
    Yes various platter options are available and can be made to order for your event. Sweet and savoury as well as Braai platters are available.
